Implementing world policies at national level – Adult volunteers in Scouting and Guiding
During this session, we will dive into the topic of managing adult volunteers in our NSOs/MOs. Are we doing a good job in volunteer management? What kind of challenges are we facing? Do we have a national policy on adults / Adult Training, Learning and Development? If yes, is it being successfully implemented? If not, what are the steps in creating our own national policy? The aim of this workshop is to give you ideas how to build the best volunteer support there is in your organisation.
Target audience:Ideally, the participants should be members of an Adult Resources/ training/national team or national commissioners, but as managing adults is a process that should be implemented by everyone, and adapting world policies at national level is a process that applies not only to people in the HR field, any participants are welcome to attend.
