We have all developed a strategic plan, putting months, sometimes years in drafting and redrafting the strategic priorities and objectives, consulting with our members and other stakeholders, and getting it almost unanimously adopted at our General Assembly, only to discover 6 months later that the implementation is not becoming a reality.
